RV Solar System Details
This customer primarily wanted to make sure their DC fridge would stay powered up on long drives, and then to be able to run all their appliances including a little AC time if it gets too hot and humid while boondocking.
We thoughtfully designed all the components to be easily accessed and maintained in the front storage compartment.
We used the lynx distributor as the hub for all the DC connections, there is no better solution in our opinion for looks as well as safety.
This customer choose to the Ampere time battery as they will be mostly doing camping above freezing. We mounted the batteries to a board for easy seasonal removal and maintenance.
Tucked away in there is also a 12/3000 Multiplus II for all the inverting power they will ever need. They can run a microwave, instant pot, induction cook top, even take some humidity out of the air on a warm humid night with a little AC time.
To monitor it all we have the Cerbo GX and GX display, this will log power usage and solar collection as well as just looking so good.

We used the 200 watts Rich Solar panels because of their size and PV voltage of around 45 volts. This allows the MPPT charger to work better in less than ideal conditions.
